Dear Iron Horse VIP,
We are excited to announce that we have released pricing on our next Building.
Given the exceptionally high demand, and in an effort to be fair, the builder will be opening the next building up for offers to our VIP list before it goes on MLS.
Here’s a step by step process as to what you need to do in order to purchase one of our 10 new homes:
1.) Schedule your viewing appointment between June 26th – 27th.
2.) Contact a member of the Iron Horse sales team at sales@ironhorseva.com. One of our team members will receive your email or an email from your agent. They will contact you and send you the purchase agreement on the home of your choice. Once you receive the purchase agreement you will fill in your highest and best offer, sign, and return to our sales team between Monday, June 28th – Wednesday, June 30th. Contracts will not be accepted after June 30th.
3.) The builder will review all offers and decide on which offer to accept.
4.) The sales team will then contact you to let you know your offer has been accepted.
You will need to be preapproved by OVM financial and a pre-approval letter submitted with your offer.
